Sourced from one of Tumbarumba’s finest vineyards nestled in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains in NSW, at an elevation between 500-650m.
Crisp and refreshing, this delicious cool climate Sauvignon Blanc shows all the hallmark fruit intensity and length of fine Tumbarumba wine.
The fruit was sourced from Tumbarumba, Coppabella Vineyard. Fruit was harvested in mid-March at 13be.
After picking, the fruit was gently pressed to stainless steel vats and cool fermented, capturing all the vibrant, aromatic fruit characters and mouthwatering acidity.
This delightful wine will drink beautifully over the next 1-2 years.
This lovely fragrant wine is an ideal match for oysters, seafood and salads.

“The nose is greeted with lifted aromas of melon, asparagus, with a hint of pineapple and is both complex and fruity. Pale straw in colour with hints of green. The palate delivers what the nose promised, a great balance of complex fruit, melon, citrus, a hint of pineapple, balanced by clean lime juice acid, then finishing with a green apple crispness.
