Sourced from one of Tumbarumba’s finest vineyards nestled in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains in NSW, at an elevation between 500-650m.
Crisp and refreshing, this delicious cool climate Sauvignon Blanc shows all the hallmark fruit intensity and length of fine Tumbarumba wine.
The fruit was sourced from Tumbarumba, Coppabella Vineyard. Fruit was harvested in early-March at nearly 13be.
After picking, the fruit was gently pressed to stainless steel vats and cool fermented, capturing vibrant, aromatic fruit characters and a savoury mineral acidity.
This delightful wine will drink beautifully over the next 2-3 years.
This lovely fragrant wine is an ideal match for oysters, seafood and salads.

“Bright and beautifully lifted with crunchy apple, kaffir lime, basil and white floral aromas on the nose, leading to a lively palate that’s light and vibrant. It’s fabulously fruited and packed with youthful fruit flavours, offering excellent drinking. At its best: now to 2026.” 93/100 – Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
