Terms and Conditions of Sale

Corang Estate Wines

As a condition of placing an order for Corang Estate, you agree to comply with and be subject to all of the following terms and conditions of sale.

When placing an order with Corang Estate online or by telephone, you confirm that all the details that you have provided in completing the order form are true and correct. It is a condition of purchase that you verify that you are 18 years of age or over. If you do not confirm that you are 18 years or over, your order will not be processed.

Shipping Prices & Delivery Times

Shipping is charged at nominal rates depending on the state your purchase is being shipped to.  All prices include 10% GST. Free shipping on wine club orders.

Corang Estate reserves the right to review and alter shipping prices from time to time.

Please allow 7 – 10 business days for your wine order to arrive.

Changes to your Order

If after completing your transaction, you would like to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately by sending an email to sales@corangestate.com.au or call us between 10.00am-6.00pm weekdays AEST. Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to your order after it has been shipped.

Order Tracking and Delivery

You will be able to receive tracking notifications from Fastway couriers.

With all deliveries a signature is required. Without one, a calling card will be left so you can arrange re-delivery or collection from Fastway. Corang Estate does not accept responsibility for any goods left unattended. Deliveries cannot be signed for or left with a person under the age of 18 years.

If you fail to make arrangements to obtain your goods when a calling card is left and the items are returned to us, you will be responsible for any charges incurred in re-delivering the products to you.

Shipping Damages, Missing and Incorrect Orders

If your wine does not arrive within 10 working days of your order being received please email sales@corangestate.com.au or call 0400 102 781.

On the rare occasion that the incorrect goods are delivered or your wine does not arrive in a satisfactory condition, we will replace the stock concerned, including return shipping costs, providing they are returned unopened within one month of delivery.

If any of the bottles in your shipment are broken and it is not practical to return the bottles, please photograph the bottle(s) and email the image as photographic evidence to sales@corangestate.com.au 

Delivery Restrictions

Certain postcodes are designated dry zones in Australia and therefore we cannot accept orders for delivery to the following:

QLD: 4605, 4606, 4713, 4816, 4830, 4871, 4873, 4874, 4876, 4892, 4895

SA: 5690, 5710, 5723, 5724

Corang Estate does not deliver to addresses outside of Australia.

Risks and Warnings

Please be aware of the following:

Alcohol should be consumed in moderation and never in conjunction with operating a motor vehicle or machinery. Women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects. Alcohol consumption may cause health problems. Refer to Drinkwise for information about responsible alcohol consumption.

A case of wine is heavy, so extra care should be taken when lifting it. If you are concerned about the weight we advise that you transfer the bottles 1 or 2 at a time.

Red wine in particular may cause staining if spilt, so extra care should be taken.

Sparkling wines can be volatile due to the build-up of gasses. Extra care should be taken when opening these.
