Tasting Notes
This lovely, elegant, yet flavoursome Rosé is made with Shiraz (63%) and Tempranillo (37%) from our Corang Estate vineyard. It displays aromatic red berries, floral notes and a long, clean finish!
Vineyard
The Shiraz and Tempranillo were hand picked from the Corang Estate vineyard on 12 March.
Winemaking
After picking, the fruit was whole bunch pressed to give elegant aromatic fruit characters and fine structure, then cool fermented in stainless steel vats.
Cellaring
This delightful wine will drink beautifully over the next 2-3 years.
Food Match
A perfect match for salmon or tuna steaks, tapas-inspired dishes and Asian-style stir fries and curries. Enjoy!
