Tasting Notes

Our Prosecco is a delicious, easy drinking style, with floral and citrus notes and a long crisp finish.

Vineyard

Fruit was sourced from Freeman vineyard in the Hilltops and harvested in mid February 2025.

Winemaking

After picking, the fruit was gently pressed to stainless steel vats and cool fermented. The second fermentation was via the charmat method.

Cellaring

This fun, easy-to-drink wine will drink beautifully over the next 1-2 years.

Food Match

Drink on its own as an aperitif, or pair with savoury snacks or light fruit-based desserts
